Art of Action & Drawn to Drama

Apparently the jury choosing the twenty finalists for the Art of Action project in Vermont are having some trouble agreeing upon the final finalists. The original deadline for notification given was last Friday at 6:30 pm and like many of you, I too was checking my messages and email throughout the day. The Art of Action page now states that the decisions will be made by Wednesday the 7th, so all of you who came to peace with your rejections are now in the running again. I know one artist who is a finalist and he heard last Wednesday via email... so keep checking that inbox.


In other news, I just got back from a week of working at the Clark Art Institute helping to put together the Drawn to Drama exhibit that is up now in Gallery E. It is an exhibit of Italian Works on Paper from 1500–1800. An absolutely wonderful collection that is truly worth a trip.
